Shipping, Returns & Policies

Thank you so much for shopping our small storefront.  Our current processing times are between 3-7 business days depending on order volume.    Once your order has left our barn, your items should arrive in between 4-8 business days depending on location and any interruptions in service. (Hopefully sooner, if you are near Franklin, Tennessee)  Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

We are shipping to the continental U.S. only.

Our boxes are made from recycled materials and our packaging materials may be  re-used.  At the same time, we want your items to arrive safely.  We are trying to keep these two important values balanced in our shipping practices.  

Furniture and lighting purchases are considered a special order.  As a result, these purchases are non-refundable unless there is damage, in which case claims must be made by the customer with the original shipping company.   

Furniture and some large items will ship via common freight carrier.    Once shipped, freight transit times range from 1-2 weeks. Freight carriers deliver Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.  A representative from the freight company will call to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.  

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. 

The Stonehouse Road cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.   The Stonehouse Road is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier or for items that are lost or damaged in transit.   Our shipping policies include insurance.  Claims must be submitted by the customer in order to provide the carrier with the best possible information and photos of damage.

Returns

All sales are final.  Please read the description carefully.

Damages

Our goal is to make sure you are happy, so please read the descriptions of each item and know our store aesthetic leans toward a worn and weathered look in many of the items.  Thank you so much for supporting our small business, we really appreciate you!
