Shipping, Returns & Policies
Flat Rate shipping on all items shipped within the U.S.!
All in stock decor items will ship within 3-10 days. (Usually sooner) Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times will range from 2-7 business days, depending on location. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Our boxes are made from recycled materials and our packaging materials may be re-used in order to try to lighten the load on the environment. At the same time, we want your items to arrive safely. We are trying to keep these two important values balanced in our shipping practices.
Furniture and lighting purchases will be special ordered on your behalf. As a result, these purchases are non-refundable unless there is damage. Furniture and some large items will ship via common freight carrier. Once shipped, freight transit times range from 1-2 weeks. Freight carriers deliver Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. A representative from the freight company will call to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.
Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production.
Any item ‘Available on Backorder’ will ship as soon as it becomes available. We will reach out to confirm with you once we get an eta. If the delivery date is more than 4 weeks, we will allow cancellation at that time.
The Stonehouse Road cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. The Stonehouse Road is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier or for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Our shipping policies include insurance. Claims must be submitted by the customer.
You may return decor items within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Any return shipping must be paid for and arranged by the customer. We will provide a refund minus the restocking fee within 3 days from receiving your items. Credit card processing time may take longer. Furniture, lighting and truck ship items are not returnable.
We work hard to pack your items with lots of care, but if an item ever arrives damaged we will make it right by sending you a replacement item, or exchange credit. If an item does arrived damaged, please email or message us photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our goal is to make sure you are happy, so please read the descriptions of each item and know our store aesthetic leans toward a worn and weathered look in many of the items.
